During the two Forum days, we have developed unique interactive working group clinics on both afternoons of each day focusing on one of the five principles in becoming a Strategy Focused Organisation (SFO). These hourly clinics will actively break-down each of the principles and give you exercises and examples to enhance your learning experience during the Forum. In addition throughout the two Forum days there are numerous international and regional case studies focusing on the most current strategic challenges.
