He recently authored a well received book, “E-business Exposed” offering effective online strategies for small businesses. With an MBA in Marketing and an MS degree in Technology Management, Michael has develoed and teaches e-business certificate programmes for the San Diego State University, UCLA and is a lead faculty member for the University of Phoenix. He is a sought after speaker conducting e-business workshops to business organisations and his firm provides e-business consulting services for the U.S. small Business Administration working with small businesses. He is also a partner in a successful online employment company.
